Victor Orieda incredibly nice! He'sthe only adjuster we want to ever work with if we have to file another claim! 5stars! He was so pleasant and helpful. He took time to help us understand all the items in the claim. And even if I wasn't understanding he would answera different way until I understood. He had an assistant with him, Eduado Garza, who was also incredibly nice and moved with such grace up on the roof. Lastly Jeff and Greg from Mighty dog roofing have been so helpful this whole time. Jeff has made several trips over to our house to explain the process and answer questions. This year has been rough for us and Deana , Jody and the whole crew are why we stick with state farm! 5stars for the whole gang!"

"WOW! Friday evening at 4:45 pm my spouse crashed the car, I truly didn't expect anyone to answer, but Deena answered the phone! Most agencies would have left early since it was a Friday. She immediately asked if everyone was OK, was another cart involved and what could she do for me right now. She called a tow truck for me, gave me information on what gets paid for, and when. She called me back to say the tow truck was on the way and the driver would be calling me for the accident location and to answer any strange phone numbers that were calling me.

Deena went way above the call of duty on a Friday night and I was so great full for her calming voice and that she really cared about my problems. I made a big mistake, I should have asked her to email the insurance information card for my spouses vehicle. The card in the wallet was for the previous 6 month term. My phone died when talking to the 800 national phone line and I don't have the State Farm app on my phone. We live in a very small town, and I assured the officers that the car had insurance. (My insurance card tucked in with the registration in my wallet, was also for the last 6 month period as well. OOPS!)

Great job, great service, and GREAT PEOPLE make a business do well. Jodi and her team have never left us out in the rain from the first day since she took over from Doug. I have worked with this agency for over 35 years and frankly was concerned when Doug retired. This team is AWESOME. Thank you ALL so very much!!"
